Operating Instructions:
Dry Unit
1. One appliance per power outlet.
2. Uncoil the cord and connect to a suitable power outlet. Make sure the cord does not come in contact
with hot surfaces.
3. Fill the urn with water (see specification chart for approximately boiling times from cold water start).
4. When the water boils turn the temperature control to required setting and allow to simmer.
Remember that constant use at high temperature will rapidly evaporate the water causing
the unit to boil dry, in all cases it will be necessary to regularly check the water level to ensure
that this unit does not boil dry.
Cleaning Instructions:
1. Turn off, unplug and allow to cool.
2. Empty water.
3. Wipe the lid, interior and exterior with a damp cloth.
DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER.
4. Recoil the cord.
