Chafing Dish Single includes base, deep & shallow dish, 1 burner & 1 lid

Capacity: 4.0 litre
These units are designed for heating food and should not be used for cooking.
1. Remove unit from the tub.
2. Remove dishes and light burners.
3. Place frame on a sturdy surface.
4. Sit the large deep dish on the frame and fill with HOT water (do not attempt to operate this unit without water)
and place burner in the hole provided at the base of the frame, light the burner with a long match stick.
5. Fill the shallow dish with HOT food and place over the dish with water, cover with the lid.
Stir occasionally so food heats evenly.
6. Allow sufficient heating time before serving food.
7. If the food getting a too hot reduce the heat by sliding the cover on the burner or turn the burner off completely.
Check the water level occasionally if used for longer periods of time.
1. Put burners out and allow water to cool.
2. Remove leftover food, and empty water container.
3. Wash containers and lid in warm soapy water, dry thoroughly. Wipe the frame with a damp cloth and dry.
4. Reassemble unit into the tub provided.
